Your summer wellness journey begins with a revitalising Yoga practice with Diana. This immersive morning workshop blends the mindfulness and meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the deeply restorative experience of Yoga Nidra. Diana’s signature teaching style focusses on nurturing and healing techniques that will calm your mind, and prepare your body for the rest of your wellness journey.

With a deep understanding of both ancient and contemporary practices, Diana integrates the wisdom of Yoga and TCM to help individuals find balance and harmony in their lives.

Following lunch, feel free to stroll through the picturesque grounds, or unwind by the outdoor pool or take a swim, just let the natural beauty of the surroundings enhance your retreat experience.

Your summer wellness journey continues in the afternoon with Diana. This immersive workshop blends the mind-body practice of Qigong and Acupressure massage to promote inner balance and radiant wellbeing.

Experience the gentle, flowing movements of Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that cultivates life energy (Qi), focussing on breathwork and meditative movement to calm the nervous system, enhance vitality and overall health.

Indulge in the rejuvenating practice of Acupressure, a traditional Chinese therapy known for its ability to improve Qi and Blood circulation leaving you feeling refreshed and glowing from the inside out.

Diana loves to share the timeless wisdom of TCM to help people combat the stresses of modern life.

By blending the gentle, rejuvenating techniques of acupressure massage with the calming practices of qigong, Diana loves to empower people to cultivate a holistic self-care practice to glow from the inside out.
