This introductory Holistic Workshop will give you a brief insight into an ancient TCM method of pulse and tongue reading to assess the body’s internal balance and overall wellbeing.

You will gain an insight into understanding how TCM view the body holistically, and how these techniques can be incorporated into wellness practices.

Subtle variations in pulse, quality, rhythm and strength reveal important clues about the body’s organs and flow of energy. While the tongue is considered a map of the internal body, which provides valuable insights into any internal imbalances and overall health.

Diana Brook is a yoga teacher and industry expert passionate about empowering others on their journey to holistic wellness.

With a deep understanding of both ancient and contemporary practices, Diana integrates the wisdom of Yoga and TCM to help individuals find balance and harmony in their lives.

Got a burning question?

  • Don’t worry if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or Yoga Diana & Jo will guide you through each tailored session in a supportive way.

  • Each Reformer Pilates group will have an intro on how to use the reformers before your session starts.

  • All yoga equipment is provided, unless you prefer to bring your own yoga mat.

  • You will be placed in two groups: Group 1 will begin in the yoga studio while Group 2 will begin in the reformer studio; each group will then swap after brunch. If you have a preference which group you’d like to begin with, please do let us know at the time of booking.

  • The luxurious shower facilities are available to each retreat guest. Includes complimentary hand, body and hair towels, hairdryers, beauty and hair products and the most fluffy towels are all provided (it’s worth it just for this alone!)
