This One Day Yoga Retreat is set by the sea to connect with the Water Element of the Winter season.

Winter brings with it an introspective quality; according to Chinese medicine (TCM), there are five elements that exist in nature during Winter the dominating element  of the season is Water bringing a quiet and thoughtful energy that encourages us to look inwards, reflect and embrace the stillness and tranquility of the season.

You’ll enjoy a slow-flow vinyasa morning practice, followed by a delicious vegetarian lunch and enjoy by the sea and breathtaking coastline (if the weather permits), before returning for a nourishing restorative afternoon practice. We’ll focus on nourishing our Kidney Chi, in TCM the Kidneys are called the Root of Life; the body's most important reservoir of our essential energy to help us prepare for Springtime.

A day to retreat to deeply nourish, relax and unwind far from the hustle and bustle of your daily life, time for you to unplug from the outside world.
